Try calling Ameritrade as this posted did from PB66.

Per Jeff at Ameritrade they are refunding my money to me, and I will see it back in my account in about 3 business days.

Per Jeff as well: When a stock does a Forward Split there is no charge. When a stock does a Reverse Split there is a $20 dollar charge for that, due to the fact that a new cusic number is issued to that stock, so allot of paperwork for that to take place.

Now if I were to get just one share of GEMM from the R/S, my money would not have been returned to me.
