MAXD made 2 contracts already, and those contracts earned $0.

MAXD also had at least 2 term sheets. Both of those deals blew up when the other party realized MAXD's assets were worthless.

MAXD's had its patents for 4 years. As long as their music player. No revenue from any of that either.

If you're going to trade this stock then you gotta trade with the awareness it's just a standard endless dilution insider enrichment scheme, and time trades to hit the promotions. 'Lone wolf' leaves you holding a bunch of shares that drop to 0.0002 and lower.
