Yeah once their petition gets denied(it likely will, even if not they have a very slim chance getting anything changed after so many reviews already been decided and some even denied for further review) this will start moving quickly again because there are literally no obstacles going forward to court. They will only be sitting to talk settlements and negotiating up until court. There are, as I said before, "no chips left" for the 13 or cisco or arris to use up.
