it's been all hype. so you think that some company out there with a rep to protect is going to loan LIBE 12 million? After the failed dealings here? Miracles happen but it's doubtful in this case. Still no one has answered the question why would this hedge fund need LIBE when they could just invest themselves? This company has no experience running a property...heck, can't even produce a GL.
