If this hotshot lawyer can get SEC/FINRA to crack down on them that's when the stock will go up...they HAVE NOT COVERED, which is why they are showing up on the failed to deliver section of SHO REG on the OTC website.....
Think about it, if you were getting away with something and making money doing it, do you think you would keep going? They have control until somebody steps in and it's one of 3 things. Either a huge investor needs to sit on the ask OR SEC/FINRA crack down and force shorts to cover their very large short positions OR some huge news comes that makes the retail buyers to come flocking back...
but as of now how can you blame the shorts for continuing to push.
