Not sure i follow this. CMED will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aurora. Depending on the accounting method used cost or equity method by Aurora, whereas the equity method will create an unrealized gain or loss based on the subsidiaries profit or loss each year on Aurora,s books. What shares are referred to that will go to six bucks a share? Aurora owns 100% of the shares i believe.
