#36893 RE: terry hallinan #36891

Including today, there are only 9 trading days left until the ASM. I am beyond excited to attend.

Just re-read about a week and a half worth of board material here. I am a 10-year shareholder and simply do not understand the angst of this board. It's only a matter of small time before the final specs are achieved and the prototype is officially sent out for customer reflection.

I will tell everyone now. This is the day that will change the company's fortunes. There is no way in the world that Dr. Lebby would send out a prototype for customer 'evaluation' without it working perfectly. And when that is done, we will get contracts. We will sub out the manufacturing on this to others and begin to make a fortune even on the first runs of a Ridgewave Modulator.

I seriously think many are missing the big picture here.

We have 14 full time employees. When we have 100 million in revenue, (which will easily come with this first device (and quick), we will have huge margins. This is what we should be talking about, but I am sure that it will be at least 40-50 percent of revenue.

Now, what are our expenses. Wait a minute. Think hard. Think long. Think carefully. What is our burn rate, maybe 5 million a year now? We will make 30 million net income on the first 100 million of revenue with the clear expectation that we will grow like wildfire. That's .40 cents or so in earnings. What kind of PE will this little company get that has the potential to disrupt entire industries? Yes, more than you are I can fathom!

I could care less if the prototype is finished today or next month. I could care if there is a juicy announcement before the ASM or not. (Seriously) The timing is not far off and the hardest hurdles have already been overcome. We know that for a fact per our last release. The confidence among the team is shockingly high! It astounds me that the board is getting pulled in to drivel day after day.

You who are truly long, sit back, don't spat with the mindless antagonists. They have their own agenda and don't have a clue. There is NOTHING they can do that will stop the company from reaching their goals.

I fly out in 2 weeks to attend the 2nd ASM for me and can't wait to tour the new facility after the meeting. I hope every long truly makes an effort to attend this year. You learn so much from conversations on the side, not illegal things, but the great optimism the leaders in this company have. I am about to go back into stealth mode until conference, but personally, my confidence has never been higher in what we are about to accomplish as a company.

I would love to know who's going. We are close everyone. It's going to be great going forward. I have every confidence in that!

Best to the longs,
