I think that's lofty for at moment with 2 million in sales. I see what you are saying though too.

BIEL could be a stock that vividly presents to masses of investors the truth of investing and the importance of DD. Without those two, you may as well hang out in real or online casinos or buy lottery tickets!

By knowing that it is never, ever one single element that can spook investors, but the relationships between numbers. High or low share counts are totally irrelevant, as stand alone factors, yet most look at high numbers and frown, doubt, shy away or avoid.

It is only about sales, sales, sales, actual and projected showing the importance of budgeting, then profits, then apply a multiple factor to arrive at Market Cap and only THEN share count, leading to share price. Lastly, factor in what your research reveals as market potential and market penetration. Add an awareness of the greed of mankind, an ounce of craziness, a pinch of fear and some political correctness and you have the art of investing nailed.

It all comes down to WAGS, SWAGS and Flutters and nothing else.

A WAG is a wild-assed guess - the one where you read a message board, or your best friend tells you you’re a loser if you don’t jump on an opportunity, or you watch a million hucksters on television, or listen to someone who ONLY makes commissions when you invest, or bail, with zero skin in the game - Wild-Assed Guess!

Then comes the SWAG, the Scientific Wild-Assed Guess, the one where you pay a consulting firm for 2 feet of market studies, read the promotional stuff in your mailbox, listen to an unsolicited stream of nonsensical promises, watch a glitzy PowerPoint or video or listen to a clown promising you the world for 2 hours, while shoving paper at you - Scientific Wild-Assed Guess..... Never forget, WAGS and SWAGS often overlap, they are close.....

Finally, there are flutters. That is where you do serious due diligence, sales, profits, projections, formulae, be it on real estate, an invention, an idea or a commodity - do the work, dig out the truth, learn the deal, play devil’s advocate, listen, listen, listen......then, when your heart goes flutter, flutter, flutter, make your decision - that’s a Flutter.
