That carrot is so rotten, you have to question the motive (and intelligence) of anyone still willing to dangle it.

What's more comical is the guy is supposedly a large shareholder of NHI and therefore in contact with Steve.

CMKX is never going to trade again.

Every single share dumped into the market was unregistered. No one is going to sign off on a 15c211 and no accounting firm with sign off on years of audited financials on a mob related penny stock scam. EVER.

Audited..which includes where Frizzel and co paid themselves monies from properties they liquidated....and then used the cash to pay themselves "salaries".

I can see it now....uhh..yeah, we're going to reverse merge with the largest penny stock scam in history....because we want 40,000 suckers who need to dump their shares on new suckers.
