I think he should have mentioned sometimes they NEVER happen - as did with a number of the Ray Barton (SEC litigated) SCAMS.

A check of the name and symbol changes on the Finra site would prove some take less time than that. Anyone doubting should check the times against stocks in the same position - a PINK CURRENT tier - and see how long it took. And it did NOT take that long. you can check their news releases and filings on how it was done in a whole lot less time.
