I seriously doubt some legit company out there will lend LIBE $12 million. It would be borderline negligent given this company's history of never making $. The financing company also has people to answer to. Why not just buy the property themselves if it's a good deal. LIBE/Winters bring no expertise to them in terms of running such an enterprise. Just curious.
