IMO The Terminology Is Off

There are basically land use PERMITS (from California City)

and California State MJ cultivation/production/testing/transport LICENSES (from the State of California)

Since California City no longer has any limitations on the type of mj land use permit - the application process really isn't as "competitive" as MCIG wants things to sound. Basically, anyone who meets CC's land use guidelines will receive the proper permits.

Not sure what is holding back pps, but in reality revenues from sales of MJ isn't going to happen anytime soon. My guess is between 1.5-2 years away....

so, that $20 mil/yr projection for mj sales isn't gonna happen anytime soon.

There will be delays in construction, and in every other process involved with cultivation, processing, testing, packaging, selling.

Getting the state licenses shouldn’t be a problem. Just a matter of time. It’s the process. The state will award the licenses so they can receive the taxes. A lot people fought hard here to say MCIG WASNT going to get these three licenses. Now it has happen. I always appreciate your post MD-420. Did you buy in yet?
