Longhaul, mcig still needs go through the application process with the state. They have local licenses, not state licenses. They need the kick licenses before they can apply at the state level. They can now do that. The hard part is over, but the state seems to be trading their time issuing from other dd I've done. Not sure if mcig put there state applications in as of yesterday or if they are still working on them.

All in all, it seems good news, but something seems to be holding this back from running. Watching today to see if it can get some momo. Longs need it to break out above 25 soon.
