Clinton and DNC paid millions to get a dirty dossier on Trump!

What's the difference?

There is so much dirt on trump that it was almost effortless to come up with factual information. Steele made some easy money.

Not as easy to find anything significant on hillary, probably why she couldn't deliver? And the inept trump mob couldn't find anything serious on hillary to the point they were taking meetings with russian spies? You are not making a case that would be convincing to anyone other than yourself.

mr40, One difference, no Russian collusion in the Democrat case. And don't forget who first hired Fusion GPS.

The Washington Free Beacon, a conservative website funded by a major Republican donor, first hired the research firm that months later produced
for Democrats the salacious dossier describing ties between Donald J. Trump and the Russian government, the website said on Friday.

The Free Beacon, funded in large part by the New York hedge fund billionaire Paul Singer, hired the firm, Fusion GPS.

"Jared walked out after 10 minutes and Donald Jr. said the meeting was about Russian children adoptions - a nothingburger. "

That's an interesting cover story, but Junior's emails spell out exactly what the meeting was about... so there's that. The cover story is actually pretty lame, but I would certainly like to hear it under oath.

"What crime is there in an attempt to get dirt on your oppinent?"

As it turns out... Meeting with a Russian agent (or someone purporting to be a Russian agent according to your cover story) to solicit help from a foreign government in a US election actually is a crime. Documentation says that's exactly what happened.

Putting out a cover story about Russian adoptions, constitutes a cover-up... and that's also a crime if I'm not mistaken.

Hacking email accounts or conspiring to hack someone's email account, or to receive said hacked emails is also crime if I'm not mistaken.

"Clinton and DNC paid millions to get a dirty dossier on Trump!"

Yeah yeah... They bought that research from a US company, that was originally working for a conservative publication. (Washington Free Beacon I think) So that would not constitute conspiring with a hostile foreign government.

But I see what you did there. Shriek a little. You'll feel better... But I think Junior, Jared and Paul are going to need pardons.
