Are you wanting to put a limit price in lower than the ask? What are you attempting to do? Right now the price is at .1285. If you put a limit order in for .1285 it'll execute right away as there are shares for sale. If you put a limit order in to buy at .1284 it would have just executed as the price dropped to .1270 crossing the limit line at .1284. The way I remember is that there's a line at each limit price and the order will only execute if it goes through or drops below your limit price.

Market order means that you are trying to buy at whatever the price is at the moment.

You cannot buy penny stocks using a "market order" put in a "limit order" and google both to see what the difference is.
