Spoke with CEO today and there will be major reduction in A/S and O/S coming as next week they have meeting with stakeholders and will update has lawyer working on it. He said that he purchased shares from LVVV and LVVV now owns very small percentage of shares. He didn't want to disclose how many shares Anheuser Busch owns as it is not public information but they will disclose it in future.
