The S-1 should provide the details of any acquisition, along with an exhibit. The problem is Alonzo has a long long history of NOT providing details so don't be surprised if the S-1 doesn't hit by Monday.

A check of TESS shows the trademark belongs to Aristcrat, not ISBG. So what did they "acquire" exactly?

Now they plan to make Besado in Mexico so it can actually be called a tequila? I thought they had a huge order that went to China, yet all we see are the EXPIRED COLA's on Besado, which was only good for 3300 hundred cases. I think the "alleged" shipments overseas now total 7 containers. If that were true we wouldn't be seeing EXPIRED COLA's. The 3300 cases approved years ago would be depleted.

Of course Alonzo never counts on his marks doing math or DD.

So what was so HUGE about the APRU link? There wasn't any substance to the post that was linked. Let me know if you need any more help with TTB or TESS. Those links can be tricking if you don't put in exact words.
