Wow I'm happily surprised to see this from you. I know you like to be very conservative if not pessimistic with outlooks.

What you state here would be amazing. I know getting to the penny is a huge milestone at least for me so that's what i'm waiting for.

Looks like a lot of folks are becoming knowledgeable about BIEL.
