It's done when it's filed brother. He's used that language before, it's done just "adjustments" and "minor back and forth." Don't have the gall to tell us it's done, we'll know its done when we see it. He's said it's almost done since August.

He also have is the name of the company cleaning up the disclosures. Even though the person leading the charge is very familiar with the auditor, I'd expect the possibility of one more edit after this. Either way, I'm holding and believe this is almost done and will be filed in the next couple weeks, likely sooner. This was a very informative update.
