Certainly this stock has nothing to do with its past!
It has morphed into a money losing telecommunications labor brokerage business from a now defunct energy R&D
There is nothing this company did either 4 or 6 years ago that is remotely related to what it does today!
There hasn’t been a single PR regarding MEA. Ponder has never even referenced it since the new company SGIS took control last year!
Nobody has any idea where Larry is!
We do know that he was cut out of the insider exchange of common shares for preferred voting shares making his common shares worthless as far as potential voting control against Ponder and Hayter!
The only reason there is mention of MEA in the cut and paste website is solely to placate the long time longs and keep their interest up!
What a nightmare!!
Freddy is having a hey day!!
IMHO of course, but I haven’t been wrong yet!
We are closer to 1/2 cent than we are to a penny once again and lower highs are reigning supreme!
Pretty soon the corkscrew will on dilution will pop it’s top and it will open into a trip zero black hole of epic proportions!!!
Certainly a tough position for Kong’s since most shares here were bought at a much higher pps! Any move up to .007 would be a good point to bail before all is lost!!!

Dont forget the IMPORTANT fact that the AS/OS/Float were all different back then.

Back then.. the market gave the company the benefit of the doubt.

Back then.. Larry actually had a team.

Back then.. the company had grants available. To which now they are not even eligible due to their legacy of swindling.

Back then.. there was actual legitimate interest in the tech. Until there wasnt after they couldnt prove commercial viability.

Back then.. there was no cease trade order.

MIGHT want to include that in your next synopsis.

Pennyland non-profit companies typically end up in the pinksheet graveyard.
