Yeah this makes a lot of sense. Because that might open the door for Arris to get their reviews accepted due to the fact that they haven't had their shot. But at the same time they had plenty of time to file their own appeal and never did because they figured Cisco was doing their dirty work for them why get involved. Soon we will be after them too, lets just take a couple steps at a time and get money in the bank.
