What that shows is that Andrey owns more than 10% of LX Retail, but we don't know whether or not he owns a controlling interest in the company. I suspect he doesn't and may be getting pressure from the LX shareholders as to what direction he should take. Again, LX retail has a lot more to lose than all of us retail shareholders put together.
