I think the roger might be scared to.. he must’ve cooked the books and the auditors said uhhh no... corrections or adjustments over and over and over? What kind of Mickey Mouse operation is the audit company running?? I’ve never seen such a thing.. delays yes, but MULTIPLE missed deadlines allegedly given by the auditor (which is something you might see once but several times? not without suspicion) something is very very suspect with all that’s going on, idk what else to say.
