James, Amarin isn't my only investment, just my most exciting one currently. I work in strategic management and developing public-private partnerships, and worked enough years in the public sector that That'll give me a decent pension on top of my investments.
On top of that, I also am pretty inexpensive to entertain. I run, and go backpacking, in the wilderness pretty regularly, like my own cooking better than restaurants, am happy with my decade-old car, and own my home. So my costs are significantly lower than my income these days. My AMRN investment is just under 30,000 shares. If it gets above $10, I'll be happy, but I'm planning to hols most for a while, as I think it could go to the $30 - 50 range if things play out well. Honesty, though I expect a sale, hopefully for at least $20, within a year or less.
I can't retire now, as I need to wait until I'm 66 to get full ss benefits, but could certainly chose to do so if AMRN is a home run. But I won't.
