I just read a Press Release of a company that filed for a name and ticker symbol change on 04-05-2018 all was approved and the ticker symbol changed today as per a press release by this company, So ANDI may well indeed be having to answer to FINRA about something in order to get the ticker change done. I see no reason for such a long delay since the announcement by ANDI other than that.
If it could happen that fast for that company it should have already happened for ANDI
