Perhaps the stimulus is coming from the fact that 'Great Britain', now covering the costs of ActiPatch in all 4 countries; England-NHS, Wales-NHS, Scotland-NHS and Ireland-Health and Social Care in Northern Ireland(HSC), is approx. 5 years ahead of USA FDA on its full OTC clearance of ActiPatch on retail shelves and hopefully less on full inclusion in national healthcare coverage - imagine just for 1 minute the ramifications of the VA, Medicare and Medicaid, the Blues PLUS full OTC retail clearance in every pharmacy in the U.S.

Lottery time - which national U.S. retail pharmacy chain will be the first to do a deal with BIEL. Hint, it is one of the top 4 and it ain't 3 or 4 . . . . .

In my view, BIEL just has to be in discussions at these levels; the company is clearly on a roll and with the positive reception elsewhere, their phones must be ringing off the hook. Retail CEO's do not like losing and whoever is not part of the BIEL disruptive technology evolution may already be late because large deals take time . . . .
