Not what I was told from TD as my shares also became automatically unrestricted without me doing a thing. Once I seen I could trade I called TD trade desk and they stated restrictions where for 1 year and when that time passes the system releases those shares to tradable. So it would appear things have changed from the time you learned of your info on the process.
you're right. i completed the necessary forms in Dec with TD Ameritrade, spoke with a rep in their legal dept and was part of the process in removing the restriction. i also contacted PURA requesting their atty grant the blanket release necessary. about a week later, TD's rep called me to tell me she had been successful in getting the restrictions removed at no expense.
btw, Brian's deal with Mr. Checkout just proved our patience and confidence well placed. $PURA moons in 2018.
