thank all of you for your reply.... one thing I can say is that through all the years that they were searching for this guy, the detectives were in contact with the mother and father of Brian and Katy.... every lead was pursued, and my brother was always asked by the police about who Brian was associated with who could have done this killing...It was just a random event... Brian and Katie were in the wrong place at the wrong time....purely random.. thats why it was so confusing...My brother had received a threat at work about something, and that his family would be harmed in some way, but it turned out to be nothing when the detectives investigated the matter....all I can say is that karma works in mysterious ways...this killer will now get what he deserves after all these years by the damage he has done to all of the families of his victims.....again, thank you all for your sympathy....
