#349355 RE: nobagger #349353

Welcome nobagger. Should probably mention, the DOJ is not able to distribute any restitution to shareholders. They have only collected a little over $40,000 from a small business one of the defendants still had. For 40,000 shareholders. End of the road.

Also end of the road, is SEC disgorgement from 14, 15 counting delidog, Marco Glisson. Only Sergey Rumyantsev, principal of NevWest paid a little over $48,000 from his SEC Enforcement. Marco paid the IRS instead of his victims, to eliminate his 2 year prison penalty for tax evasion.

At the exact time, liar Accadacca, was in paltalk, falsely pumping Urban and Stoecklein and the new Corp they created for shareholders, other false wonderful things Marco sat with the DOJ and IRS, spilling his guts about Urban and Bagley.

The use of trust and other false rumors, Urban's masive misappropriation of hundreds of billions of unregistered stock. Making Urban and Bagley, himself, hundreds of thousands of dollars, in more personal revenue. In Marco's case, $1.7 or $1.4 million in 2010.

It's sad but funny. I pulled Accadacca court records and at that very time Acca needed money to pay off his Kent County, Michigan, big restitution for damaging a woman's car. Who parked in the spot, acca thought belonged to him. No surprise, he's unstable. Friend of the Court, put him thru a psych evaluation, years ago,

It was also the same time he was pumping on message boards, a pot stock. Can only presume he may have been collecting fees, like in CMKM, using our shareholder base. I called his probation officer with what he was doing. Unfortunately, acca had paid off his debt and had just been terminated from probation. So Roger, I hope you screw up, again, it's in your file..

Contrary to shareholder rumors of acca being being dead, he is very much alive.

Urban and Helen were still alive When Marco cooperated and pled and was going to testify at trial about them.

John Edwards had spent the last year in negotiating a plea deal with DOJ.. The hang up was restitution. Edwards still insisted he had no assets. He and his attorney claimed they were "digging" for assets. CMKM conferenced with the DOJ. Edwards had pled indigent, but the company had all these things, about $1 million, they were litigating Edwards over.

There was a mutual exchange of info between DOJ and the company. The DOJ was in the process of, if Edwards would just sign those assets over to the company, DOJ would give Edwards credit toward his restitution for the value of those assets. Edwards had layer upon layer of names of people he did know on deeds and titles, to launder money through real estate.

The people who were named, did not know it. All mail went to Edwards. Trying to get clean titles has been almost impossible. Back taxes. It's been lengthy, expensive, nightmare litigation, attorney fees.

It would have been a most welcome event for the company, but John Edwards went into a coma, never waking. Without signing the agreement, so there was NO settlement. Edwards had been incarcerated at Wandsworth Prison, outside London, (a horrible storied facility to our delight) from Sept 2009, until August 2014. When successfully extradited to the District Nevada, Las Vegas. To a private detention center, that holds federal defendants awaiting trail. Nevada prison was at max capacity so Turino and Edwards were held at the same facility.

Turino, in his plea negotiation, offered 2 white binders of informatiion about Edwards. Negotiations are done through an arms length, by defendants attorney to the DOJ, so the DOJ does not see the materials, before accepting the offer.

The binders only included a house the DOJ already knew about and Chinese bank statements. Pretty worthless to the DOJ, as there are no agreements between China and US. Edwards said he did not know if there was money in the account and his attorney told DOJ, the bank was not responding to Edwards. Could assume that perhaps Edwards' wife solely controlled the account by now?

So, it was a bust. Turino really gave nothing up and all the years Edwards was incarcerated , gave nothing up. No deal, no squeal, no surrender for Edwards, to the bitter end. He left us all standing at the altar.

It was nufced who found a little clue there might be a foreign asset. Foreign asset research is difficultm there is no Pacer collection of documents, hardly any online services.

While still lucid before passing away, she made a heart breaking comment, that spurred the remaining few researcher to go after things with a vengeance. Because of her dedication and time, we were able to locate the UK asset, the biggest dollar valued asset ever found.

CMKM Shareholders can thank Shelley for that. This one meant something to Edwards, as it was not layered with complications as the others. THAT made it all the more sweet. We had given it to Frizzell earlier. Thank God, he didn't believe us, because it would have been used up and gone by now.

Thank you Shelley, we miss you.

Sorry for the length but, this is how it all worked and shareholders still beg, without a speck of evidence, anything they are told by ridiculous "sources" is true. For more misery and disappointment, kinda self inflicted?

Ya know Al, gussie, single, Ines, won't/can't tell shareholders these things.

Unbelieveable...
