It depends on whether or not the stock will have any restrictions. Sometimes they do and sometimes they don't. I don't believe that's been communicated to us yet. The other thing to consider is when will APR be approved and begin trading. From past experience, I would be surprised to see it begin trading by the issue date of October 31. Hopefully it will, but I am planning on it possibly taking at least 6-12 months from now so it could be during the first half of 2019. This is just my opinion from previous stock dividend distributions like this one.
