Exactly, there is no merger that's known, but if there was, we would be lucky to get a 1 for 3000 conversion if the buying ci.pany is a $5 company. We'd be very lucky to get 1 for 3000.

Alex is not deliuvering any value. I dont care if we trade 4 billion shares a day if the price keeps dropping.

We are at all time lows and continuing on the path, that is not shareholder value, any way you cut the pie, anyway you look at, we have been screwed.

Put it this way. Take your loss now. Value here has been destroyed. If by any chance this pipe dream came to fruition, at $5 pps, it would fall so fast it wouldn’t even be funny.

We won’t know until we know cap structure but it really doesn’t matter because the dollar value of our shares will remain the same. Most likely it will actually go up in our favor because purchasing company will most likely pay pps premium.
