Excuse me but what does UAT have of value for another company to buy? The company has no intellectual property, that's simply an imagination of the CEO and his enablers..

It’s not the value of current shares that concerns me. It’s my original investment that has me upset. At a higher PPS, it is much harder to get the gains back that we all have lost.

Couple things to that.
I don't see how that would benefit you, unless most of your shares are preferred and won't be hurt by a restucturing of the cap. On sunday I talked bout how contracts for our tech would be better than an M and A and if after a merger/cap restructure we still have the same dollar value that has done nothing.
You can say it will help get us lines of credit and so on...

In your case after a cap restructure you still ONLY hold the value you do today, I don't know how you can be excited bout that. You would still have a LOOONG was to go to even regain your initial investment....

Also, I don't understand why we increased our OS, I would personally be in better shape when we were above a penny. Also any merger we would have had a higher value going in.
