Normally I agree with your sentiment but for the most part I do not think VirTra is a leaky ship with respect to quarterly results. Just a couple years ago no one saw the $6.4mil revenue/$2.4mil net income Q1 that was reported. I think it was Q1 in 2016 but too lazy to look back. Other than that Q1 and the most recent Q4, the surprises have been rather minor in either direction.
Likewise, they do not seem to be a leaky ship with respect to some of the bigger orders over the years.
I do agree with your comments about "no capital markets acumen" and poor judgement with respect to conducting and hiring IR.
It is difficult to put any meaning into a stock move in either direction when it is on such tiny volume. Rather meaningless.
Someone does need to ask Ferris during the cc about why they thought an uplist would result in more shareholder liquidity. He needs to do some failure analysis on that one. He also needs some FA on why institutions and pro money managers have not bought any shares. Me thinks he continues to get some bad advice and his inexperience is showing.
