Maybe start reading the Second Superseding Indictments under Court Documents. Indictment of Urban Casavant + others. Info on Department of Justice website. It will explain what happened to your investment and in CMKM. Before you hit a lot of misinformation on message boards. Like trillions were placed in a secret trust fund for shareholders and It's arriving any second since 2006. Especially "imminent" after 2010.

Urban Casavant died Feb 14th, 2014., if you remember him. The transfer agent passed away also and 2 other Insiders. One of them, just 12 days ago. If you remember delidog, - Marco Glisson, he was Indicted, pled guilty to Securities Fraud and Tax Evasion. Received 6 yrs off his sentence for cooperating with DOJ and IRS. Sentenced byto 4 years. Paid the IRS some money, served 2 years.

We are now NHHI, New Horizons Holdings Inc. Steve formed with some CMKM Investors, a separate company NHE, an oil and gas energy company, that will give 25% To NHHI/CMKM. Slow start but there oil wells lol When, if, NHHI can recover enough assets insiders stole, NHHI and NHE will merge.

it says that nevwest sold to a broker until oct 2004 until that broker stopped selling cmkx

that would tie in 2 breokers that were referenced in the jefferies letter as jefferies acted as an intermediary for 2 broker customers.

also look into ameritrade on the master shareholders list Ameritrade holds 180 billion shares of CMKX in ameritrades name.

do the math on the jefferies letter its not 111b they claimed in the letter the transactions equate to 180b

although ameritrade held 180b shares in its name on our msl not 1 of their audited financials show those holdings.

circumstantial evidence places ameritrade as the buyer on the nevwest/jefferies transactions

immediately after glenn came onboard the a/s was increased by 300b shares.
