The recent proof is that IR says they are "in the process of filing". Very different from saying FINRA has the papers or ANDI has completed the process. That would mean pending.
Correct no issues we know of other then the CEO stating it was going to happen around Feb 1. What's today? Like almost May I think.
Question, did the CEO ever say why there was a delay in symbol change? He went on record in a news PR saying it will happen around Feb 1. That's a big deal and since it hasn't completely happened I would expect to see an explanation.
This quote is from December actually. We all know actions speak louder then words.
"Q: Is the name and ticker being changed?
A: Yes, around February 1st because filing for a new CIK could temporarily halt trading and we want to give the shareholders plenty of notice."
