Keith Gordon, a veterinarian from Scotch Plains, also was charged with nine counts of failing to provide necessary veterinary care to puppies, failing to establish a proper infection control procedure, and failing to properly account for prescription medications, the NJSPCA said Monday. Gordon did not immediately return a request for comment Monday.

This response will clear lot of mud in newbies mind and those who are already invested. This is what many longs were talking abt and finally we get to hear it from the CEO himself which means lot of progress is being made on this front.

In this post you can clearly see that Rik is in negotiations to secure JV partnership funding. I believe the delays we have seen have been in regards to finalizing this deal.
Combine this with the ongoing accumulation from INSTITUTIONAL MMS ON THE BID, any experienced investor knows there is something brewing here.
