HERE ARE THE QUESTIONS:
1) I remember seeing awhile back Jack Brewer posting a tweet about Nyloxin and how it has helped him a lot, as well as pictures of him in the facility with you. I know Mr. Brewer is a very well known man, as well as a very wealthy man. Have you been in touch with him lately or is he gone and out of the picture?
2) I had heard from a friend of mine that he recently contacted you, and you spoke in regards to there being PR's flowing in the next few months. He also said you made mention of a possible joint venture (not sure of the what he said exactly), but this spiked my attention. Are you able to release anything to me being a shareholder in regards to that?
HERE IS THE CEO'S RESPONSE:
1) "We love Jack Brewer. He’s a Parkland resident and actually lives only 5 minutes from me. He’s come to my house to watch football games. Our original contract ran out with him last September. We’ve been working since then to see what else we can do together. Most of what Jack brings to the table involves bringing in sports’ celebrities as spokespeople. While this is interesting, it’s not really in the budget yet until we have more funding or we increase sales organically. We’ll keep working with Jack and have something going shortly."
2) "We’ve been talking about two potential joint ventures over the last year. One would fund distribution of our OTC products and the other would fund the clinical studies in Pediatric Multiple Sclerosis. The investor(s) in the Joint venture(s) would own a percentage of those entities that would own the rights to these projects. We now have several interested parties that are expected to put as much as $5M into a full retail launch of Nyloxin and up to $20M to conduct the Phase II trials of RPI-78M in pediatric MS. Nothing has closed yet, so we haven’t made any further announcements except that we are pursuing this route of funding."
Let me know if you have any further questions.
Best regards,
Rik J Deitsch
Chief Executive Officer
Nutra Pharma Corporation
THIS IS A HUGE UPDATE!!
THIS IS THE BEST PART RIGHT HERE:
"The investor(s) in the Joint venture(s) would own a percentage of those entities that would own the rights to these projects. We now have several interested parties that are expected to put as much as $5M into a full retail launch of Nyloxin and up to $20M to conduct the Phase II trials of RPI-78M in pediatric MS...."
People need to understand that negotiating a deal like this isn't easy... or simple... or quick. I believe Rik has been working towards this goal for a while and we are very very close to completion!
I BELIEVE ITS NOT A MATTER OF IF... SIMPLY A MATTER OF WHEN!!!!
