I read the float from the website as being 220 million shares. I have not found any information about the OS and another poster mentioned that he had phoned the transfer agent who said that the transfer agent told him that he could not tell him that information at that time.
That post was last week and that is another reason I believe that we will find out the OS and the float figures this week - the TA would not tell our posting friend, because the company wants to be the one to PR the information and make it public. The other point that leads me to believe that is that the co wants to leave the pink sheets shortly and list on the OTC. They intend on reporting like an OTC BB company before listing on there, so we may find out the OS and the float.
