Can you explain how a gaming media company and a gaming studio company would suffer from having the same CEO? Wouldn't those two companies just increase each other's businesses...

Bishop is being paid to work for thunder. He has a paying job. His boss expects him to do work for thunder studios. How can Bishop dedicate time to AMLH during the day at his job that hes being paid to do? I am a teacher, and if I showed up tomorrow and said to my boss I just started my own company's and I'm going to need 3 hours a day to work for my coimp any... I'd be fired . You can't have 2 jobs. Like I said, if they merge that makes sense. But as of now how could thunder studios pay a man to do a job and be totally OK with him doing other work that they're not paying him for?
