Consider this. thunder studios throws E sports events right? So let's say Bishop spends 5 hours today planning an amazing event at thunder. And the event goes amazing! And the event brings in $50000! Well guess what, that went to thunder. The success of thunder has nothing to do with AMLH. Now, while he worked those 5 hours on the event, he was not working on AMLH. Do you understand? If he only worked for AMLH then he would spend every minute of every day working towards making our stock successful. But he spends the majority of his week trying to make thunder studios great because that's his job. Having a job with thunder studios is taking away about 40 hours a week that he could be working on AMLH, and is not. You can't work on AMLH while you're at your paying job at thunder. If people still don't understand this they must be 15 years old and not have had a job yet.
