No, it is not good news. ALL drugs are subject to REMS and ALL drugs eventually get the REMS lifted once the requirements for general dissemination of the risk data are met:

It changes nothing on the label.

In other words, it is essentially no news whatsoever, although you can bet that MNKD wants people to believe that it is.
