Looks like the company wont be putting the 8k or update till they're done printing the endless 3's , I got a lotta shares here, but I dont care what anybody says this is clearly dilution, just in a very smart way 3 months selling 3's no move no update from the company pure BS, hope they're done soon

Not really... there were news on March 28 and then on April 13 of this year... they explained what they were doing. Let them sort it out. It's for their own benefit specially when the CEO owns more than 800 million shares...! IMO
