With this share structure if somewhere in the ball park of 150 mill ...I could see .25-1$ depending on details. The assest alone would be monumental for a sub penny stock..then factor in all the business associated goin on in and around the place...And with the scale of this project I could very easily see Elon etc maybe even getting involved. This should be interesting indeed. Only time will tell.

Do you really think someone is going to lend Winters with his and this ticker's history $12 million? And if he did find someone crazy enough to do that don't you think there would be a huge convert involved.

Who would lend $12 mil to a company not generating $?
