It is the same thing, selling for cash or exchanging for shares.

Because if WMIH has all the assets of WMI, we are not going to exchange 1 NSM share = 12.77 WMIH shares but more like 1000 NSM shares = 1 WMIH share.

It is absurd to say that WMI assets belong to WMIH, and yet it comes from some of our long timer "veterans".
