I am putting no faith or thought into a merger at this point untilk Alex says something. Because we are already suffering here, if anyone buys on the hope of a merger and it doesn't come we will sink even more.

For now, Hygieia is all we have hope in succeeding. That's all we have that we know is real, until Alex decides to enlighten us more.

But, I don’t see Alex giving up control. A low pps could also indicate that Umbra is the acquiring company as well, correct?

Why do you believe a low PPS favors an M&A? Wouldn’t a high valuation be better for a favorable agreement?
