Not sure pps is going to move all that much. I think the lower pps favors an M&A agreement. My guess is we wont see the pps move too much past 0.005 and they will probably do agreement at a premium pps of around 0.01-0.02. Keeps acquisition costs low and favors a tight conversion that they company can grow with. Of course it is pure speculation on pps because we do not yet know the terms of the deal or pps of new company so its a guess really. I think we can count on a favorable premium on the buyout and a pps after the conversion somewhere over $5. That gives them the room they need to uplist the real money will be made in those that buy after the dip. My guess is I will buy more around $4.70-$5 depending how big of a hit we take from the pink traders dumping early. Time-frame has to be within 90 days or so depending on how long it takes them to announce, file and get approval. JMO
