To suggest withholding and no votes don’t matter can cause people to allow things to occur that they don’t intend. Again, like Cambridge Analytica, if one wanted to affect the vote by denying a quorum, or make a secret agenda happen for a large set of holders, encouraging people not to vote or to vote “no” in protest, is a great strategy.

Never take anything for granted. That’s especially true with microcap biotechs on the OTC.

Correct, like ae kruserer pointed out, the Yes votes are already in. LP went for 'non-routine' route again clearly indicates that she wants to make sure not to be thrown out later on claiming the automatic Yes votes by the brokerage from the non-responders is no good otherwise of a Routine route. She must be that sure of a winning here going for a clean slate giving up possible auto Yes votes. I don't understand some board members here trying to sink the ship that they don't have that many votes to make a difference. We will hear more emotional theme songs today until 27th from the naysayers no doubt about it. All they are trying to do is containing the upward price movement, imo. One thing they forget is the longs in this board are well educated about the immune Science and how well DCVaxL plays it out. There is no competition that one could come up with unless they prove some other cells than dendritic cells are responsible for the immune activities in the living beings including human and animal kingdom. Go DcVax!
