I agree with what you're saying as well. Can you imagine the amount of legal trouble wmih would have if the company value was actually like 14 a share when they essentially just sold it to nsm at 1.41 a share? I know there is disagreement on the value but whether the market cap of the co. Is 250 million vs. 500 million the point is the same. The value would have to show up in the merger transaction, you just can't sell off stockholder assets for .10 cents on the dollar etc.
