We should start a new board with the most ridiculous OTCMarkets "disclosure statements" and "financials". It would be a good idea to have all that collected in one place for reference.
That one would definitely be in the Hall of Fame.
I just have to shake my head at the people who will still hold, much less buy, the stock after seeing that.
I checked SNMN previous filings; the "Depreciation" header is just a silly mistake, it's supposed to be Loss from Operations.
What I do not understand is why they have both "Operating Expenses" and "General, selling and administrative expensive (sic)" headers. I guess an accountant would scratch his head over that one.
There are no Accounting Notes nor Discussion of the results. Shucks.
Ah, there are a Movie company. Hence the dodgy accounting.
There's at least 4 mistakes I can see in that 1-page "Financial Statement". That gives me real confidence in the company.
