As far as we've been told, the SEC is looking into acquisitions. So it's not like it's a surprise that they're planning to audit such things. So, I guess you could say that waiting patiently for word on the outcome of the investigation might be more prudent than claiming you have knowledge of what will come without actually knowing.
Unless, of course, you know something that we don't? But that would just plain be illegal now wouldn't it - if in the event that you knew something that we didn't?
